In addition to the usual times of these Northamptonshire gardens open to the public the Old Rectory Gardens, Sudborough can be made available for public and private events. If you are interested in hiring the gardens for a special occasion please contact Tony Huntington on 01832 733247 for further information.
Details of events open to the public during the first 6 months of 2010 are given below.
The charity Marie Curie wil be holding a fund raising event in the gardens during June and more details about this will be posted when received.
Exhibition Saturday 29th - Monday 31st May

All Saint's Church, Sudborough - 11.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. Admission free
50 Artists will be exhibiting work in paint, ceramics, wood, jewellery, textiles and metal and all items will be for sale.
Teas will be served in the Old Rectory Gardens and the village pub the Vane Arms will be serving real ales and is open for lunches.

Sudborough Open Gardens - Sunday 20th June
Sudborough Open Gardens will feature 12 village gardens in addition to the beautiful Old Rectory Gardens. As this is always a popular event the gardens will stay open for visitors for 6 hours between 12 noon - 6.00 p.m. to give visitors an opportunity to sample their delights whilst enjoying a variety of refreshments on offer to keep up the energy levels!. Lunches, teas and real ales will be available throughout the afternoon.
All proceeds from the day are going towards the Church restoration fund so please bring along friends and relations to support the cause.
To visit all the gardens the admission is only £5.00 (Adults) and there is no charge for children. Your admission charge also includes free car parking.
